Ticket credit
- Tickets can be created through e-mail or via the website (Zendesk).
- Remote assistance using Team Viewer. Outbound calls if necessary for a faster ticket resolution.
- Each service plan has a number of ticket credits included. Additional credits can be added through a purchase.
