Your role:
- You will be the first line contact of support for our BI customers.
- You take ownership of the tickets till resolution where you can rely on 2nd and 3rd line consultants within DataMotive.
- You manage your own time in function of the defined SLA’s (during business hours)
- You create and maintain a dashboard to track and report progress.
- You analyse and cluster tickets to formulate improvements to our clients.
- You spot and report on opportunities at the managed services clients.
- You will excecute SAP BI migration projects for our clients under the supervision of a senior consultant (if needed).
- You will maintain and optimize the internal tooling and IT environment
- You will report to the Managing Director of DataMotive
Skills and experience:
- You have a talent to help users and you find that very rewarding, everything for a smile. :-)
- You have experience in the SAP Analytics/Business Objects suite.
- You have a Bachelor degree or higher in IT or equivalent by experience.
- You work pro-actively and in a structured way.
- You are pragmatic, customer oriented and flexible.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You speak Dutch, English and French.
